E.ON: to hold annual shareholders meeting on 28 May

ON has set 28 May as the new date for this year's annual shareholders meeting, with the German utility group opting for a virtual online format for the first time, without the physical participation of shareholders.

In March, E.ON announced that it would postpone the meeting from mid-May to mid-June, due to the rapid spread of the corona virus.

However, new rules now enable the company to conduct the meeting virtually.

The agenda will include, amongst other things, a resolution on the dividend for 2019.
