E.On: Credit Suisse initiates coverage as a buyer

(CercleFinance.com) - Credit Suisse is now tracking the share of German energy giant E.
ON, initially adopting a buy rating ("outperform") and a target price of 10 euros (12% upside).

Analysts distinguish E.ON for its networks, which account for 70% of EBITDA and are subject to little regulatory risk. In addition, half of Germany's renewable electricity generation units are connected to the E.On grid, and commissioning of plants is expected to continue. Finally, the stock offers a dividend yield that is expected to exceed 5%.
