Bayer: completes acquisition of Kandy Therapeutics

(CercleFinance.com) - Bayer has announced that it has completed the acquisition of the British biotechnology company KaNDy Therapeutics.


This acquisition will expand its pipeline for drug development in women's health care.

“We are pleased that with the antitrust clearance the closing of the acquisition has now been achieved,” said Stefan Oelrich, Member of the Board of Management of Bayer and President Pharmaceuticals.
