Allianz: raises investment in Moneyfarm

(CercleFinance.com) - Allianz has announced that it is strengthening its exposure to digital wealth management through a new investment in Moneyfarm against the backdrop of growing demand from savers and investors born in the digital age.


It explains that Moneyfarm customers first register online via their dedicated platform, and then answer a questionnaire to provide information that is then used to build a portfolio proposal that meets their needs.

Through this transaction, which remains subject to regulatory approvals, the German insurance company will become the largest minority shareholder in Moneyfarm and will therefore have two seats on its board.
