Lufthansa: passenger numbers up 6% in November

(CercleFinance.com) - Lufthansa Group said the number of passengers it transported in November rose by 6% to 10.
6 million, as it increased capacity.

The company's load factor - a measure of how the airlines fill their planes - rose by 0.3 percentage point to 78.1%, the company said on Tuesday.

The number of seat kilometres offered was up 8.1% from the previous year, it added.

Lufthansa said it experienced "double-digit growth" in sales in Munich, Zurich and Vienna.
