Lufthansa: Liberum raises target price.

(CercleFinance.com) - Liberum has raised its target price on Lufthansa shares from 9.
50 euros to 12.50 euros, reflecting a less severe outlook at the passenger division.

The broker has raised its forecasts following the airline's recently published FY results, which has prompted it to moderating its forecast fall in unit revenue at the passenger airline business.

The brokerage firm, which maintains a "sell" rating on the stock, said it still remains cautious on Lufthansa, given the risk of a margin squeeze with fuel costs set to rise, pressure on non-airline earnings and an "unconvincing" valuation.
