Siemens: sale of Yunex Traffic to Atlantia

(CercleFinance.com) - Siemens Mobility has signed an agreement to sell Yunex Traffic, its international road traffic business, to Atlantia.


The Siemens Management Board and Supervisory Board have approved the sale.

The purchase price is 950 million euros (enterprise value), with the transaction expected to close by September 2022.

Yunex Traffic is a leading provider of innovative and smart infrastructure and traffic solutions for roads and cities.
