Siemens: SRE moves into external market

(CercleFinance.com) - Siemens announces that Siemens Real Estate (SRE), a company that has managed the German group's real estate portfolio for over 20 years, will now also offer its expertise to external clients.


Companies that do not have their own professional property management will be able to access knowledge and experience in the three product groups of consulting, leasing and development, the group said.

For Siemens, SRE is currently responsible for a real estate portfolio of 11 million m2, spread over more than 1,700 sites worldwide, and develops two major projects in Germany alone for over one billion euros.
