ON has announced that it has transferred its renewable business (E.ON Climate & Renewables) to its main competitor RWE.
It will nevertheless remain present in the field of renewable energies, offering its private and other customers tailor-made solutions to produce green electricity - for example by solar panels at home.
The German energy group says it will still have to transfer to RWE the renewable energy activities currently held by Innogy, a deal that it says will occur as soon as possible in 2020.
