Linde: US approval obtained for merger with Praxair

(CercleFinance.com) - Germany's industrial gas maker Linde today says that it has obtained approval from US antitrust authorities, for the merger of its activities with those of the American company Praxair.


Remember that will lead to the creation of one of the largest suppliers of industrial gases in the world.

This approval is subject to Linde divesting certain US assets. These asset sales must be completed by the end of January 2019.
