Deutsche Boerse: RBC raises price target.

(CercleFinance.com) - RBC Capital Markets raised its price target on Deutsche Boerse stock to 150 euros, from 96 euros, after the German stock and derivatives market operator hosted an investor update in London.


The broker believes that regardless of revenue development, active cost control will result in at least 10% EPS growth per annum, with upside optionality from higher top-line growth than forecast.

RBC also notes that DB has yet to fully utilise the proceeds from the International Securities Exchange (ISE) disposal.

Finally, the broker cites a greater market volatility and the expectation for higher interest rates, both of which the company is positively geared towards.
