Continental: stock remains attractive, Bernstein says.

Bernstein maintains its "outperform" rating on Continental, continuing to see the stock as attractive despite Q2 results that were impacted by higher rubber prices.

"The good news is that Conti is arguing that the raw material cost headwinds have peaked and will abate in second half," the broker wrote in a reaction note today.

Bernstein thinks that the German auto part maker's new technologies look likely to win business, with carmakers becoming increasingly focused on electrification.
