UBS: sticking with proposed dividend

73 dollar per share for the financial year 2019, as initially planned, the Swiss private bank said on Monday.

Due to the coronavirus, UBS said it will not be possible to physically participate at its AGM on 29 April, with the wealth manager broadcasting the event online in both English and German.

UBS has asked its shareholders to exercise their voting rights through the independent proxy.
