Richemont: in exclusive talks to sell Lancel

(CercleFinance.com) - This morning Italian leather goods maker Piquadro today announces that it has entered into exclusive negotiations to buy the French luxury brand Lancel from its current owner, the Swiss holding company Richemont.


To date, no binding offer has been filed, with a thorough due diligence study having just begun.

If a definitive acquisition agreement were to be reached, Piquadro would hope to finalise the transaction in "mid-2018".
