Richemont: creates two new management positions.

(CercleFinance.com) - Alongside its interim results, Richemont has announced some new key appointments.
The Swiss luxury group has appointed a chief operating officer, Jérôme Lambert, who will be responsible for everything that does not belong to the Cartier and Van Cleef & Arpels fine jewellery houses.

Recently, Mr. Lambert was in charge of Montblanc writing instruments.
In addition, Emmanuel Perrin, formerly head of sales at Cartier, will be promoted to distribution director of the group's watch brands, another position that has been created for the occasion.

Richemont's founding boss and largest individual shareholder, Johann Rupert said that one of the areas that will focus attention will be the match between the supply and demand of end customers.
