ABB: shareholders approve all resolutions

(CercleFinance.com) - ABB announced on Thursday that all the resolutions proposed to its shareholders were adopted at its general meeting held in Zurich today.


Amongt other things, shareholders approved the payment of an increased annual dividend of 0.84 Swiss franc and the reappointment of Peter Voser as chairman of the board.

The appointment of Denise C. Johnson as a new director, replacing Satish Pai, who resigned, was also ratified, as were the reappointments of all other directors.

With 603 shareholders participating in this year's meeting, 61.4% of the shares entitled to vote had their say.
