LafargeHolcim: two directors leave Board

(CercleFinance.com) - LafargeHolcim has announced that Thomas Schmidheiny, who has been a member of the Board of Directors since the group's merger in 2015, decided that he would not stand for re-election at the group's next AGM, which is scheduled for 8 May.


In recognition of his many years spent serving the building materials group, the Board of Directors decided to appoint him as LafargeHolcim's honorary chairman. He will remain one of the group's main shareholders.

Likewise, Bertrand Collomb, who has been a Member of LafargeHolcim's Board of Directors since 2015, has also decided not to stand for re-election at the next AGM as he will reach the customary age limit of 75 years old.
