Adecco: raises 300 million euros through placement of notes
(CercleFinance.com) - Adecco has raised 300 million euros through a placement of notes maturing in 2029, to be listed on the London Stock Exchange, the Swiss staffing group said on Friday.
The proceeds of these new notes will be used to finance a tender offer for existing notes maturing in November 2022, the company said.
