Adecco: investor day on outlook to 2020.

(CercleFinance.com) - As part of an investor day in Zurich today, Adecco will review its short- and medium-term forecasts.


In essence: growth is continuing, as are investments, and savings are expected to improve profitability by 2020.

The Swiss temporary employment group notes that growth recorded in Q2 (for the record, 5% in organic terms, and 6% adjusted for the number of working days) "continues in Q3". Hence, like-for-like growth reached 6% in July and August (at a constant number of working days), a trend that also applies to the beginning of September.

CEO Alain Dehaze confirmed that the Group's strategy was based on two pillars: the "GrowTogether" program for growth, and "Digital Ventures" to improve profitability.
