Roche: clinical data to be presented at ASH meeting

(CercleFinance.com) - Roche announced on Tuesday that it plans to present a range of clinical data on its medicines at the American Society of Hematology (ASH) annual meeting in Atlanta next month.


The Swiss biopharmaceutical company says it has scheduled over 90 abstracts on its haematology portfolio for the event, of which 17 have been accepted for oral presentation.

Data presented at the conference will include findings from the POLARIX Phase III study of the combination of Polivy and MabThera/Rituxan in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, the most common type of lymphoma.

The company will also report promising results from its phase I/II study of mosunetuzumab in relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma.

Initial results from a Phase III trial of Hemlibra's efficacy in patients with haemophilia A, excluding those with factor VIII inhibitors, will also be presented.
