Roche: appoints two new directors to board

(CercleFinance.com) - Roche has appointed Jörg Duschmalé and Patrick Frost as new directors to its board, the Swiss drugmaker said in a statement on Monday.


As already announced last year, Andreas Oeri, aged 70, will retire from the board after 25 years in office, at the annual general meeting in 2020. Jörg Duschmalé, aged 35 - who represents the fifth generation of the company's founding descendants - will stand for election as his successor.

Roche also plans to propose Patrick Frost, the CEO of Swiss Life, for election at its AGM next year.
