Novartis: could sell its stake in joint-venture to GSK.

(CercleFinance.com) - According to broker Aurel BGC, which quotes the Sunday Times, GSK (GlaxoSmithKline) could buyout Novartis' 36.
5% stake in the joint venture between these two pharmaceutical groups.

The research department points out that this joint venture was created in 2014, when both the European health giants signed a series of agreements.

"The cost of this transaction could reach eight billion pounds. At least, this is the provision booked by Glaxo according to the British Sunday paper," it continues.
