Givaudan: BlackRock stake down to under 5%
(CercleFinance.com) - US asset manager BlackRock said on Friday that its stake in Swiss fragrance and flavors company Givaudan has dropped below 5%, due to a disposal of collateral.
BlackRock said its direct stake in Givaudan was 375,588 shares on 5 April, or 4.07% of voting rights, while its indirect stake reached 80,382 shares, or 0.87% of voting rights.
Its current stake hence represents 4.94% of the group's voting rights.
BlackRock did not disclose the previous size of its stake.
