Lindt & Sprüngli: UBS maintains 'sell' rating, adjusts targe
(CercleFinance.com) - UBS has reinstated its "sell" rating on the Lindt & Sprüngli share, having nudged up its corresponding target price from 65,500 Swiss francs to 67,000 Swiss francs, which nevertheless give the Swiss chocolate maker 14% downside potential.
The broker acknowleges "Improving chocolate markets and price hikes" that could benefit the group, but it also perceives "some risks for the valuation multiple medium term".
