Barry Callebaut: deal with Burton's Biscuit finalized

The deal involves the Swiss chocolate maker's takeover of Burton's chocolate manufacturing assets in Moreton, near to Liverpool, which will enable it to increase its production capacity in the UK. Henceforth, the site will be integrated within its network.
