Bombardier: organisational changes taking place

(CercleFinance.com) - Bombardier Group has made a number of operational changes; which it announced today.


First, Jim Vounassis is appointed Chief Operating Officer of Bombardier Transportation, effective immediately. He will report directly to Laurent Troger and joins Bombardier Transportation's core leadership team.

A new organisational structure for the group's transformation and procurement teams which support Bombardier's aerospace business will be announced in the near future. Until then, Jim Vounassis will remain in charge, Bombardier said.

Louis Véronneau is now taking charge of Bombardier's strategic planning process in addition to his current role of overseeing Bombardier's partnerships, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, as Senior Vice President for the company's strategy and development.
