Umicore: board proposes GBL executive as new board member
(CercleFinance.com) - Umicore's board of directors will propose GBL's Laurent Raets as a new board member at a shareholder meeting on 25 April, the Belgian speciality materials group said in a statement on Friday.
Laurent Raets, 39, is the deputy head of investments at holding Groupe Bruxelles Lambert (GBL), which he joined in 2006. He will replace Colin Hall, who will not seek re-election, Umicore said. Copyright (c) 2019 CercleFinance.com. All rights reserved. |
