AB Inbev: beer goes flat after Q2 results

(CercleFinance.com) - AB InBev shares are down over 5% in Brussels after the brewer reported underlying EPS of 0.
75 dollar for Q2 2021, up from 0.40 dollar a year ago, with a normalised EBITDA margin of 35.8%.

The group grew revenue by 27.6% to over 13.5 billion dollars (+20.8% volume growth and +5.8% revenue per hectolitre growth), generating a 31% increase in EBITDA to 4.85 billion dollars.

For FY 2021, AB InBev expects EBITDA to grow by 8% to 12%, with revenue growth to outpace EBITDA growth, driven by a healthy mix of volumes and prices.
