Ageas: BlackRock raises stake to 5.05%

(CercleFinance.com) - US asset manager BlackRock has raised its stake in Ageas to 5.
05% after buying shares, the Belgian insurer said in a filing on Friday.

Ageas did not disclose BlackRock's former stake before it exceeded the 5% threshold that obliges shareholders to disclose their holdings.

BlackRock has informed Ageas that it now has 10,025,101 voting rights, the insurer said in a statement.
