Barco: Berenberg sees attractive investment, maintains 'buy'

(CercleFinance.com) - Berenberg recommends investors buy Barco shares, with a target price of 109 euros, citing the Belgian group's "attractive strategic move in cinema.

After Barco entered into a strategic joint venture to market solutions for the global cinema market last week, the broker points out that the deal will enable the firm to offer products such as retrofit modules and premium cinema solutions at a time when the western world is approaching a new technology wave, based on replacing the old projector lamp with laser light source.

"We continue to feel that Barco is an attractive investment with a thesis that has multiple attractive angles," Berenberg says, adding that healthcare business also continues to tick along while the stock's valuation remains "undemanding."
