Roularta: board chairman concert raises stake

(CercleFinance.com) - Belgian media group Roularta said that several shareholders and parties acting in concert have raised their stake in the company to above the 75% threshold.


The threshold was crossed following the acquisition by Koinon - the holding company of board chairman Hendrik De Nolf - of a package of voting securities, according to the statement.

The concert's stake in Roularta has now reached 79.7%, with the stake of Hendrik De Nolf alone representing 71.2% as of 14 November.
