Gimv: invests in Dutch cooling and heating equipment renter

(CercleFinance.com) - Belgian investment company Gimv has taken a stake in Coolworld Rentals, a Dutch company that leases cooling and heating equipment, the group said in a statement on Monday.


Gimv will become its majority shareholder alongside its founders, the Buijzen family and current CEO Jack Buijnsters and management, it said.

Once the deal is completed, sales and marketing director Ruud van Mierlo will become CEO, while Jack Buijnsters will play a role in business development, Gimv said.

No further financial details of the transaction have been announced.
