AMS: Oddo reiterates buy rating

(CercleFinance.com) - The broker has reinstated its buy rating on the AMS share, while raising its target price to 25 Swiss francs, against 20 Swiss francs previously.


Oddo bases its stance on Q3 sales and the positive outlook for Q4. The broker also believes that AMS is voluntarily underestimating the effects of synergies with OSRAM (300 million euros) and benefits from significant potential to cut costs.
