TUI: share price rises, broker confirms its recommendation

(CercleFinance.com) - TUI gained over 4% in Frankfurt after Oddo BHF confirmed its 'outperform' rating on the stock and maintained its price target of 10.
5 euros.

With the CMD (investor day) to be held on March 24 and 25 in Madrid, Oddo BHF believes that the tourism group will have "an obligation to reassure in a complicated stock market environment".

"With the Hotels and Cruises divisions doing rather well, eyes will be on the Markets & Airline division, where profitability levels remain below pre-crisis norms", the analyst believes, adding that "leisure demand should remain on the rise despite fears".

Fundamentally, there is very little risk on the file in our opinion, with drastically low debt, significant potential liquidity, credible 2025 annual guidance and a very low valuation', is Oddo BHF's broader assessment.
