Bonduelle: net loss of -E5m in H1
(CercleFinance.com) - Bonduelle reports H1 2024-2025 sales of E1,119.
4m, down 1.5% like-for-like and 1.7% as reported, y-o-y.
At the same time, recurrent operating income rose by 18.3% to E48m. Net income from continuing operations stood at E17.2m (vs. E6.4m, i.e. +167%), while its consolidated net loss was -E5m (vs. +E4.5m a year earlier).
2025 marks the beginning of the transition phase, a key stage in preparing for the rebound and acceleration of our performance in the years to come, says CEO Xavier Unkovic.
He adds that H1 2024-2025 is already showing tangible results on the five strategic pillars that form the solid foundations of the group's transformation between now and 2027. The roadmap is clear, and our teams are fully committed to achieving our objectives.
In this respect, despite the slight downturn in sales in the 1st half and the impact of the poor agricultural campaign in Russia, which will have a particular impact on H2, the Bonduelle Group confirms its annual targets of stable sales and operating profitability on a like-for-like basis.
