Ateme: Otus Capital Managament Ltd below % of votes

(CercleFinance.com) - On November 27, 2024, Otus Capital Management Limited, acting on behalf of funds under its management, declared to the AMF that it had fallen below the threshold of 10% of voting rights in Ateme, and that it held 11.
66% of the company's capital and 9.90% of its voting rights on behalf of the said funds.

This threshold crossing is the result of a sale of Ateme shares on the market.

On this occasion, Regents of the University of Michigan individually crossed below the 5% threshold
