Elis: acquires Carsan in Spain

(CercleFinance.com) - Elis announces the acquisition of 100% of Carsan Renting & Laundry, S.
L. and Alquitex Renting Textil, S.L. (Carsan) in Spain.

Carsan, which generated sales of around E8m in 2023, has a plant in Getafe and mainly caters for high-end hotel and catering customers in and around Madrid.

The group currently employs around 120 people. Its current management team will remain in place and contribute to the business' continued development.
