CDA: two new members on the executive committee

(CercleFinance.com) - Compagnie des Alpes announced on Tuesday the appointment of two new members to its Executive Committee, including the arrival of a Director of Strategy and Development.


Rémi Fournial will be responsible for supporting the tourism and leisure group's operating divisions in identifying internal and external growth drivers.

He will also be in charge of cross-functional and structuring projects such as workplace safety, energy and purchasing, with a view in particular to fostering intra-group synergies.

After starting his career at Crédit Agricole CIB in 2007, Rémi Fournial joined Caisse des Dépôts in 2014, where he was involved in over twenty M&A transactions, including the recent financial restructuring of Orpea.

Aymeric Noizet - an engineer by training - has been appointed Director of Information Systems and Digital, having previously held positions of increasing responsibility in IT in corporate and investment banking, notably at Société Générale.
