SQLI: OPAS opens on November 7

(CercleFinance.com) - The AMF has announced that the simplified tender offer for the shares of SQLI, filed by Banque Degroof Petercam on behalf of SAS Synsion BidCo, will be open from November 7 to 22 inclusive.


The offeror has irrevocably undertaken to acquire, at a price of 54 euros per share, all 444,693 existing SQLI shares not held by it, representing 9.53% of the share capital. Moneta AM has undertaken to tender all of its 115,673 SQLI shares to the offer.
