Clasquin: towards the filing of a takeover bid by SAS

(CercleFinance.com) - Following receipt of the necessary authorizations, Clasquin confirms completion of the acquisition of the shares held by Yves Revol and OLYMP, representing 42.
06% of its share capital, by SAS Shipping Agencies Services (SAS), at a price of 142.03 euros per share.

SAS will file a tender offer with the AMF on October 14 for the remaining Clasquin shares, at the same price, and intends to proceed with a squeeze-out if the applicable conditions are met at the close of the offer.

The operation is supported by Clasquin's CEO and other key members of the management team, who have undertaken to tender all their shares in the offer, representing in total around 8.5% of the share capital.
