TF1: success for the American remake of HPI

(CercleFinance.com) - TF1 announced on Wednesday that the American remake of its series HPI had been watched by more than 11.
5 million Americans, first on the terrestrial channel ABC and then on the digital platforms Hulu and Disney+.

After gathering more than 3.6 million for its launch on ABC on September 17, the series - renamed 'High Potential' in the US - has seen its audience grow to 11.5 million following its various launches on the Hulu and Disney+ platforms, says the French group.

Proof of its success on the digital format, the series immediately positioned itself in the 'Top 15' of most viewed content on the Hulu platform, and has even been ranked number one since September 22, adds TF1.

The American version of the drama follows an American single mother played by Kaitlin Olson, endowed with exceptional abilities and an unconventional talent for solving crimes, which lead her to form an unusual partnership with a seasoned detective (Daniel Sunjata).

HPI, distributed worldwide by Newen Connect, had already set historic records in France for a hexagonal drama since Médiamétrie's creation in 1989.
