Alstom: cybersecurity update at InnoTrans

(CercleFinance.com) - Alstom and Airbus are celebrating a cybersecurity partnership at InnoTrans 2024.


Alstom and Airbus Protect, an Airbus subsidiary bringing together expertise in cybersecurity, safety and services related to sustainable development, are thus announcing significant advances in rail transport cybersecurity.

As part of a global cooperation agreement signed in September 2021, the partners have developed and successfully field-tested a comprehensive industrial security risk assessment methodology for the rail sector.

Eddy Thesee, Vice President Digital & Cybersecurity at Alstom, said that, in a context of increasing cyber risks in all sectors, Alstom is committed to protecting its customers' rail assets. Our collaboration with Airbus Protect will ensure the continued success of green mobility worldwide.
