Renault: new Master named Van of the Year 2025

(CercleFinance.com) - Renault announced on Monday evening that its new Master had been named Van of the Year 2025 by an international jury.


The automotive group says that the Master is its fifth vehicle to receive this award, which comes on top of the 'Car of the Year' prize received earlier this year by the electric version of the Scénic E-Tech.

It thus surpasses the Ford Transit Courier, the Ford E-Transit Custom, the
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and the Stellantis ProOne Large Van range (Fiat Ducato, Peugeot Boxer, Citroen Jumper...) which were also in the running for the title.

In a press release, the French manufacturer explains that the 'Aerovan' design of its van, as well as its new multi-energy platform, give it the best efficiency in its category, in combustion, electric or hydrogen versions.

The hydrogen version of the van, the Renault Master H2-Tech - which also won this award - is due to be marketed in Europe at the end of 2025.

This prize was awarded by the International Van of The Year, a jury made up of specialized European journalists.
