GE HealthCare: two technologies CE marked

(CercleFinance.com) - GE HealthCare has announced the CE marking of two new technologies: the Vscan Air SL with Caption AI, a portable wireless ultrasound system using artificial intelligence for rapid cardiac assessments, and ECG-free cardiac computed tomography (CT) on the Revolution Apex platform, enabling cardiac images to be acquired without an ECG signal.


These innovations will be presented at the European Society of Cardiology Congress in London.

The company points out that these technologies aim to improve early diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases, which are the leading cause of death worldwide, by providing clinicians with high-quality tools for more effective and rapid care.
