Frey acquires Austrian outlets company ROS
(CercleFinance.com) - On Tuesday, Frey announced the acquisition of Austrian company ROS, Europe's fourth-largest outlet mall operator, in a move designed to further diversify its geographical exposure.
The French specialist in open-air shopping destinations explains that, in parallel, it plans to launch the development of 'Malmö Designer Village', a first project in the outlets sector.
More commonly known as 'factory outlets', these open-air shopping centers offer consumers attractive features, in particular attractive prices.
In a press release, Frey now claims to have more than 31 open-air shopping destinations operating in nine European countries
