Infotel: acquires a stake in Altanna

(CercleFinance.com) - Infotel has announced the acquisition of a 30% stake in Altanna, an expert in complex IT infrastructure solutions, with over 50 employees and offices in Paris, Lyon and Lille.


Altanna has developed an offering that integrates several key areas of IT expertise, such as applications, cloud, cybersecurity and infrastructures. Its sales reached E2m in 2023, with it expecting to double them this year.

This acquisition is financed entirely in cash from equity, and is due to take effect at the beginning of July. The agreement includes an option to acquire a majority stake in Altanna within three years.
