Walmart: Jefferies remains a buyer
(CercleFinance.com) - On Thursday an analyst at Jefferies confirmed his "buy" recommendation on the Walmart Group stock, welcoming its signing of a partnership with Shopify.
It expects Walmart to focus on the merchandise mix this year and sees a lot of room for the relationship to grow through the integration of additional vendors. For Shopify, this partnership provides another channel through which merchants can sell.
Jefferies thus confirms target price of 141 dollars for the share (over 19% upside potential).
