Teva: sale of several assets in women's health.
(CercleFinance.com) - Teva announced on Monday that it has signed two agreements for the sale of some female health assets totaling 1.
38 billion dollars.
These transactions follow the recent sale of Paragard for 1.1 billion dollars. They will enable the Israeli pharmaceutical group to accelerate the repayment of its debt.
Teva has agreed with CVC Capital Partners Fund VI for the sale of several products for the treatment of osteoporosis and the menopause. The group has also entered into a deal with the Foundation Consumer Healthcare, which will acquire some of Teva's brands in emergency contraception.
