Tapestry: raises annual guidance
(CercleFinance.com) - On its quarterly earnings call Tapestry has raised its annual EPS guidance to $3.
85 to $3.90, with it now targeting revenue of around $6.7bn, representing growth of around 3% excluding currency effects.
The luxury goods group, home of Coach, Kate Spade and Stuart Weitzman, posted net profit of $187m for Q3, with EPS up 70% at $0.78.
Tapestry said its strong growth was thanks to an improvement in its operating margin (+3.2% to 15%), and revenue growth of 5% to $1.51bn (+9% excluding currency effects).
