Qualcomm: dividend increased by 5%
(CercleFinance.com) - On Tuesday the American designer of mobile chips Qualcomm announced a 5% increase in its quarterly dividend from 62 cents to 65 cents as of 26 March.
This decision brings the annual dividend paid by the Californian specialist in semiconductors for smartphones to 2.60 dollars.
This increase was announced at the group's annual general meeting in San Diego, an event that may not be attended by people who have recently traveled to China, Korea, Italy and Italy, as well as those with flu-like symptoms.
The share is up 4.5% in the first hour of trading on the Nasdaq.
